On Labor Day I sent you guys a money order via USPS. It has been a week and 2 days which is what was quoted on the form that I was requested I send with the Money Order. I also contacted support via the ticketing system and haven't heard back from them either. According to USPS It should only take 3 days at most for the money order to arrive in your P.O. Box. Can someone please look into this?

P.S. I'm not even going to bother asking for a refund since if I do i would basically only get $9 of my money order back, and that's not including postage to mail the request in. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Also it would be wishful thinking that if they aren't going to give me my tokens if they could send me a refund to my paypal account. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/AECwacko.gif)

EDIT: "refund" as in cancelling the money order. Just wanted to clarify as to what i mean't.

Sorry for double posting, but it seems my ticket has not been responded to at all. To add insult to injury I still haven't received my tokens I have paid for. With this in mind, I would like to give you a fair warning in advance that if I don't hear from you by next Monday about my token purchase that I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I'm sorry but, I've given you more then ample time to respond, cash my money order and credit my account with the tokens I've purchased. I am very sorry but, I honestly cannot standby and let you take my money.

No one knows where OE is and i think he's only one who can help you...They havent even told us why servers ware down for 2 days or so :/ Wish that some1 will get to you.

PayByCash is no longer supported - sorry.

We only support Mastercard and Visa at this time.

Oh Really? So why did they offer it as an option to me then when i went to purchase tokens? If that is indeed the case then it is clearly their fault for not removing the option to purchase token by Money Order(PayByCash) from the Token Store. Here are screenshots as proof taken just a few minutes ago:

I think that's exactly what this game needs.

This game should be free at this point. No support for cash payments is basically stealing.

Because at the time, I just had created the account and wasn't aware the game had been mostly abandoned at the time. I wanted to support the developers and had I know beforehand I would of waited and gone with my initial choice. The reason I didn't was because the other game was having problems with their Account Portal(AP), so i couldn't even buy the game. Right now one of the players has generously created a character for me to learn the game and lend it to me meanwhile the AP is down and I'm playing him as we speak. The account owner has even offered me to allow the character to be transferred to my own account once the AP is back up.

He's not sharing an entire account but, simply a single character. The login system is very different for that game then this one and in the other game there is an account-wide and single character login. Your also missing the point being the community is very friendly and willing to go to great length to help others in terrible situations. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/AEChappy.gif) This community has been very friendly as well though. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/AECbiggrin.gif)

"Refund" as in refunding the money order. Sorry if I wasn't clear, I edited the original post for clarification. Also like I said, if i "Refund"/"Cancel" the money order I will only get $9 back which is almost the entire money order and I still have to pay to "request" the cancellation plus postage.
