He told me to go south along the road to the Southern Guard Post and speak to Guard Calaway. I've been south everywhere I can go and all I saw was several Goblin runts who didn't mind ganging up on me.

I think those goblin runts have killed all the guards south and the Captain hasn't recieved word yet. I tried to tell him but he cuts me off and tells me to go speak with Calaway.

At this point I think it is in my best interest to avoid the Captain just in case he intends to throw me in jail or something for not doing as he asked.

What should I do?

As soon as you leave the city walls of Valinor there is a dirt path. If you follow this path down a little it will start going left, keep following the path left. Then you will get to a point where there is a little building where the path begins to go down again. Stop following the path here and go into the little building, you will find Guard Calaway in this little building.

Here you go, DugE. Set this site as a favorite. It doesn't have all info but it's got a lot.

Thanks Rihel. I saw the building but paid little attention to it. I just keep heading south.

Thanks Mehitabel for the link. It will be very handy.
