Today 2018-03-09 is 7th day from announcement of VIP Gift (VIP Gift for All Players http://forums.pixelminegames.com/index.php?showtopic=21734)
but my account still doesn't have activated 30 days Free VIP. I was write into game's HELP chat and on help desk throught ticket system too. Still without answer. Could somebody from staff look on it please. Thank you very much. |

Because I can't buy VIP actually and another players got VIP free or has VIP activated you gets me and another players without VIP in disadvantage. My hero: 1.) still doesn't have free VIP activated - I was informed you, my ticket #19078 2018-03-06 at 4:01:25 PM 2.) leveled up from "You have GAINED A LEVEL! You are now level 19!" my logs 2018-03-02 to his actual level 50 valid to date 2018-03-17 = no VIP 10% gain bonus! recieved. 3.) My hero doesn't get Grab Bag 4.) Hasn't Extra Backpack Slots 5.) Can't utilise teleportation Soulstones which buyed 6.) No taskmasters quests 7.) No diamond beside name My brothers "Meledestus" account hasn't promissed free VIP activated too. I was informing your company through ticket system (my ticket #19078 2018-03-06 at 4:01:25 PM) and on forum (Forum - VIP Gift - 30 days Free VIP for non-VIP players, No VIP activated 2018-03-09 at 01:31 AM) Make correction please and: + add 10% XP bonus for all levels which I gots to my hero till time of correction made and free VIP ended. + add bonus to my ePOOL for all quests which has this option, and which I does during time when was no free VIP for my account activated, you have my logs so it couldn't be big problem add it to my hero. I must insist on this corrections because in future maybe I will haven't same amount of time for playing day by day this nice game and utilise this way offered free VIP program (which has defined range, starts from 2018-03-02 and will end after 30 days). Please, solve this my and my brothers problems. Thank you. lol i kinda took this as a last hoorah for the game, honestly im afraid that very soon it will be going down for good :(. id just keep playing and enjoy what you can of the game while you can still log in brother. OE may never even respond to you.

To clarify, the way the algorithm worked, you had to have had VIP at one time to receive VIP.
If you are a long time free customer, you can put in a ticket and I will try to get you some free VIP time. |

now I understand, why the VIP was not granted to my hero either. As I submitted the ticket on 19.03.2018 already, I d like to ask at least for response to my situation.
