Maybe bring it back and place a portal access to the expansion areas with just 1 portal in the town. Also with the Taskmaster place them under the town.

also maybe make lsp some kind of area like how nk is current.

Sounds like a lot of work, and if the devs were inclined to put a lot of effort in I can think of much more useful things they could do. Got to be honest I can't see any real way this enhances the game - bored of the scenery from hours of bank sitting?

I've been a proponent for de-emphasizing LSP from the beginning, but especially since they brought ships back. Have maybe one or two portals that lead to LSP and kill the rest. But with the advent of sailing technology, I think it makes the game too easy when you just zip around between portals.
