Why are we no longer getting grab bags? My account has gone “non diamond” one time since there was VIP, and it was actually only for a few hours. I have not received a grab bag in several months...possibly close to a year?

Me neither, but it is advertised that that is one of the "perks" of paying our subs monthly. Most of us have been doing that faithfully for years.

On a side note, most people are still paying their subs so they do not lose their houses, however, we paid for construction when we purchased the construction pack. So essentially, we are paying for it over and over.

Can we see some effort made to at least retain the players we have atm? DEVs?

I imagine the effort of reading this post will be too much. You can carry on living in denial asking for changes an GBs and investment or you can be realistic, accept the game for what it is and enjoy it as best you can.

You have to be stupid to keep believing they will honour the grab bag VIP system.

This game is on life support, plain and simple.

But hey, keep throwing your time and money into it.
