I submitted a ticket weeks ago to fix my stars after buying 50$ worth of tokens which I cannot use as intended, aka for trading.. Please fix the issue.. I feel like if you can collect the money you can deal with the support issues..

Yeah, that's unfortunate for you. I heard of people buying tokens almost half a year ago and even then they couldn't get OE to fix them. Just collects the money but doesn't allow you to enjoy what you paid for. |

Let me try to explain a bit.
For your stars/trust level to increase naturally, you must buy tokens regularly - VIP - and then, over a period of months, your stars/trust level will increase but it takes a long time. The other way is/was to submit a request to support, which you've done. However, in the last few years, support has not automatically been granting star/trust level increases due to a lot of account scamming/fraud going on. The other thing is that possibly OE (who is support - just him) may be overwhelmed with IRL business and issues. GMs can't help with these matters. |

I just got 1000 tokens... its going to be like 9 months before I would need to buy more without being able to trade them...
My account age is older than pixel mine games I don't think there should be an issue with granting stars lol |

Should be reported to the better business bureau for fraud. Talks about CC fraud but yet you get ripped off from your legitimate purchase that is confirmed and all kosher with the banks.
