Server move doesn't work - You have to be fully logged out of the game for a server move to complete.

Credit card gives error 201 - You have to wait at least 10 minutes between each transaction. Wait 10 minutes and try again.

Can't Login after missing password - There is a short lockout time (10 minutes) after several misses of your password. This can't be removed.

Can I transfer a character to a new account? - No

My credit card always fails when it use to work! - Check expiration date.

My account got hacked! I don't know who did it! - Check with the guy(s) you were sharing the account with.
