Tryed to sent tokens from account to account ... L to H.. Someone stole my name on L apparently

Crispy(Legends) To Sleepy (heros)------------3500 tokens lost

Somone On Legends Named -sleepy has my tokens

i expect that the devs.... gms.... or yourself OE will figure this out... i expect 3500 tokens...... on my account on Heros and not some scrub who stole my name on Legends gets a free 3500......

Did you do it from ingame? Ingame you can only do transfers within the server you are in. You have to use the pixel mine website if you want to transfer from 1 server to the other. If it went through ingame then ya there is a toon named sleepy on L that it went to instead of your toon on H. When ever I transfer tokens to my other account I just send it to another toon on the same server so sh*t like that don't happen.

The pixel mine website specifically says this. I hope they reimburse you, I assume it wouldn't be difficult to do so.
"Pixel Mine Games cannot reverse token transfers. You are responsible for ensuring that you have chosen the correct player and server before confirming your transfer."

im sure there is somthing that the devs.. gms... or oe can do.... im pretty sure i have a guy on L named sleepy i just forget my info for the account.... which would be why the account would be inactive.... ive played this game for along time ... its been 4 years since ive played... im sure they can do somthing
3500 tokens is alot to lose... for a simple mistake

You have to send in a support ticket explaining exactly what happened. There can be chars on both servers with exactly the same name - no stealing involved. The Sleepy on L hasn't been in game since 2005! I talked to another player recently who did the same thing and finally got it straightened out. You gotta be patient though.
