Samtools was amazing for my workflow in VS2008 and VS2010. One of the most underrated features was the debugging command line history drop-down box.

Currently Samtools doesn't seem to work in VS2012. Are there any plans to update the Samtools plugin to support VS2012? There really aren't any extensions out there that implement this feature in such a clean and easy to use interface.

Oh man, I totally forgot about that feature! Several SamTools features were separately implemented as standalone plugins. I'm sure I could create a Visual Studio 2010+ extension for that feature as well.
