In the last few weeks we've had a rash of scams on account sales. First, Buying and Selling Accounts is against the rules of the game. Why do we care who "owns" the account you may ask? Well, we really don't. HOWEVER these "sales" and "trades" ALWAYS lead to support issues, usually involving some kind of scam or drama. People also tend to leave credit card info on the account, which leads to MANY cases of credit card fraud (if you use someone's credit card without their permission, that is a crime. Depending on how much is spent it can quickly go to a FELONY crime). Going to jail over a few tokens isn't a good life plan...

Here are some common scams:
1) Buyer wants to "see your characters and items" before they buy. "Buyer" then gets on account and cleans out items.
2) Seller makes the "sale" and then sends a ticket in saying their account was "hacked" and wants account back.
2A) This happens as soon as the same day and as late as several years.
3) Seller says they don't have access to email to change password. Tells buyer to send in ticket after the sale (knowing that we won't change password). Seller then changes the password and has money and account.
4) Buyer sees credit card on account, uses it then transfers tokens through a series of "shell" accounts back to the main account.
