I've tried to write support tickets without a response so I figured I would try here.
In brief, I have played Ashen Empires on and off for 2 years. My trust level has never risen over 2 stars. I have never been able to trade tokens within the trade window. This seems like a long time to never of had a trust level over 2 stars. The GM Kardelen replied to my summon GM very quickly, giving me advice to send another support ticket. I have been ignored for almost 2 weeks now. I understand this is not Kardelen's fault and I thank her for responding to my problem. I don't know what to do anymore. This situation is starting to piss me off. |

OneEye has had family visiting and so has been a little slow on handling tickets. OE informed us today that the oldest unanswered ticket on his list was 8 days old and it wasn't yours. You changed info on your account 3-20-12 which is what reset your trust level. Maybe that's where you are getting the 2 weeks from. If you paged for a GM in that time, that would do nothing to get your situation handled. All GMs can do is ask you to submit a support ticket.
